Southampton General District Court Dockets
Southampton County does not have a separate General District Court in Courtland for all case types. Civil and criminal matters at the district level in the 5th Judicial District are handled through the local court system serving the county. Misdemeanor criminal cases, traffic violations, and civil disputes at or below $25,000 are the jurisdiction of the General District Court.
